Zilenzio is a successful Swedish, women-owned private company with a passion for improving work environments. We develop and deliver high-quality sound absorption through well-thought-out and designed solutions. Our products are the result of our long experience in sound environment design, analysis of office environments, and testing in accordance with international standards. We have made many workplaces into first-rate acoustic environments, and our employees have extensive knowledge of sound absorption and the acoustic properties of various materials. We currently have 28 employees and are headquartered in Örebro in Sweden. At Zilenzio, the comfort and well-being of our staff are seen as a basic prerequisite for achieving our goals.
Zilenzio’s products consist of sound absorbers for the office and public environment. Our products are manufactured in Sweden, Poland and Lithuania. We currently have Zilenzio staff representatives in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland, Denmark, and the USA. We also have dealers and agents in another 20 countries.
Since 2023, Zilenzio has been developing the German market with its own employees and is increasingly positioning itself with dealers, architects and also selected end customers. The focus here is on the holistic acquisition of projects in order to position Zilenzio more strongly as a partner for projects with outstanding interior design and sophisticated acoustic solutions.
District and location
The location is preferably in Hamburg, Bremen, or Hannover, although we require an intensive willingness to travel. You work from your home office, spending the majority of your working time in the store with dealers and architects.
Job responsibilites
This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a Swedish company in the German market that offers something that will be appreciated by end customers as well as architects and retailers.
We are looking for a committed team player, an open personality who teaches all those involved and can take on long-term responsibility for the Zilenzio. Their focus is on visiting dealers, architects, and end consumers.
In addition, you will train the employees of our premium partners to ensure their knowledge of acoustics and the way Zilenzio works. They present the Zilenzio range and conduct product and acoustics training. You will hold customer events together with resellers and support our customers as an expert in acoustic solutions.
We make sure that you receive all the necessary training and full support from your colleagues in customer support, which means that you can focus 100% on proactively working with sales towards all our customers.
Personal characteristics
As a person, you are relationship-oriented and goal-oriented, have a lot of energy and a passion for good business. You have the ability and motivation to build something from scratch. You are unpretentious and willing to help wherever needed. To fit into the organization, you should be a social person who enjoys building relationships and communicating naturally with other employees and external customers. They value order and planning. Preparation and follow-up is a matter of course for you.
You are a driver in your way of working and are used to working independently towards set goals and implementing and delivering results. You are enthusiastic about customer conversations, are an advocate of relationships and see only opportunities and no problems.
With your passionate dynamism and a hands-on mentality, you have an eye on all issues, are in view and especially know the different needs of your partners and actors.
Education and experience
- A high school education is required. A relevant academic degree is an advantage.
- You have experience in the B2B industry and an up-to-date network of contacts at the architect and dealer level.
- For you, it’s natural to take the lead in meetings.
- You are business oriented and a good listener.
- You have very good IT skills.
- You are a good facilitator and have experience in different environments.
- You are active in social media.
- You are analytical, a good planner, and results-oriented!
- You are a team player and good at imparting knowledge and listening to the input of others.
- You are passionate about the cause that is close to your heart, and you can transfer this enthusiasm to your customers and clients.
The position is permanent with an initial probationary period, starting according to agreement.
