At the Embassy of Sweden in Washington, the newly launched Sweden Lounge invites visitors into a world where Swedish furniture design takes center stage — a place where aesthetics meet function, and sustainability is a given.

Designed by TAF Studio with support from the Swedish Institute, the lounge was inspired by Swedish nature and craftsmanship. It showcases some of Sweden’s most significant furniture brands, celebrating the country’s long-standing role in the global design conversation. The result is a warm, contemporary, and inviting space for meetings.

Zilenzio’s Skog floor screen is featured in the lounge. Made of sound-absorbing stone wool, it contributes to a calmer sound environment, making every meeting feel just a little more harmonious.
