At Stena Fastigheter’s new office, the team’s work environment just got a welcome lift. After outgrowing their previous space, they partnered with Strategisk Arkitektur and Inventia to create an inviting office with a calmer acoustic setting around the workstations.

Stena Fastigheter is one of Sweden’s largest private real estate companies, with 29,000 homes and 2,000 commercial premises in the major metropolitan regions. As part of the new interior concept, they wanted to create a softer, more comfortable feeling around the desks while reducing both noise and visual distractions, helping employees stay focused and work in peace.

They chose Zilenzio’s Zermatt table screen, which brings together a dynamic design and soft curves with efficient sound absorption thanks to its stone wool core.
